Their Future, Our Promise
Founded in 2022, "Their Future, Our Promise" is a community-driven initiative born from a promise to support Pranathi and Apoorva—two sisters whose education was jeopardized after a tragic accident left their father paralyzed. Through compassion and collective generosity, the initiative has ensured that their education has been funded for the past three years and will continue to do so, empowering them to continue their education and pursue everything their hearts desire!!

Their Story
Mr. Rajanikanth Arakatla, the father of Pranathi and Apoorva, was employed to support his family until a tragic road accident on September 9th, 2017, left him paralyzed. In the difficult aftermath, their uncle Mr. Bhagath stepped in to provide initial support, though sustaining two families on limited income had been a challenge. They were unable to have the education they deserved.
Our Fundraiser
Thanks to this community-driven effort and the compassion of donors around the world, Pranathi and Apoorva have been able to continue their studies and pursue their dreams. With contributions as kind as $12 from each person, every act of kindness has helped create lasting change in their lives.

Fundraising
Based on the information gathered, the estimated cost for the education of both children for the upcoming year 2026-2027 can be met if we find 150 donors who can each donate $12 per year (for both kids together). This amount covers all education expenses, including transportation and other needs. It is a great honor for all the donors out there helping to raise these children by supporting their education.

Note - The 2025-2026 Donors are yet to be updated on the website for this initiative.
